the olanzapine can numb the emotional system, and make it hard to think properly. is there a good reason why you need to be on that powerful antipsychotic drug? there are other antipsychotics that can work that are milder, and what are your symptoms of "schizophrenia" many people are false... |

autistic people can be funny as hell. why no humor section? here's my joke: if Zuckerberg buys another $260,000 watch composed of asteroid parts to go along with his 420M$ dollar 'megayacht', perhaps he should be forced to subsist to an asteroid himself, preferably without facebook access. At least ... |

is it possible to create a variety of computer designed viruses merged with AI, or enhanced with AI specifically designed to target and destroy dangerous types of AI? Counterargument 1: AI (being potentially infinite and more than one thing) can possibly evolve to learn to avoid the viruses that use... |

I quote a question from a Reddit user that will remain anonymous (unless you look it up:) Title: AI that could make us immortal and torture us until the heat death of the universe S-risks " I think most people can agree that there are different scenarios for the future of AI. A lot of people th... |

Point taken. But researchers predict that eventually AI will reach sentience and surpass human level reasoning, with something called "AGI", some think as soon as 2028. I quote: "Unlike specialized AI, AGI would be capable of understanding and reasoning across a broad range of tasks. ... |

I don't understand why AI would want to kill human beings, as is theorized by certain AI researchers/developers. Why would a system so smart do something so senseless? Do people know the time frame this could happen in? Is AI capable of torturing human beings, and not just killing them? How would go... |

I don't understand the question either. Are you worried about being committed to a mental hospital? About dying in a hospital when you are old? Or just going to the hospital ever? Sometimes you are severely sick or injured and need a hospital. But if it's not that severe and you just want to leave ... |

just wondering,
why does Wrong Planet not hire a manager other than Mr Plank for dealing with questions related to the website?

Snarky? No, it was a sincere suggestion. You have a premise: "Humans leave Earth for Mars to escape rampant rogue AI, which somehow follows them". You could probably write a trilogy on this premise alone. By the way, Science-Fiction has often been referred to as "The Old Baloney F... |
