thanks, reticentjaeger, I've read that in the UK it's very hard to get a diagnosis and at the end of the day having a label isn't going to change anything! I might just run it by my doctor next time I visit and see what he thinks

thanks for the welcome roadratt, it appears I don't even know how old I am, i'm 46 not 47 lol.
