So I'm going to give my side of this, being a woman on the spectrum. It's got a bit of a story, so bear with me for a sec. I went on a date the other day with a guy on the spectrum that my coworker had set up for us. He was polite, dressed nicely, but while on the date just wanted to talk about one ...

Generally guys look at everything. Boys, girls, that car on the street. Often they don't even realize they're doing it or that it's causing doubts for their partner. A lot of times, it's an unconscious protective instinct that's heightened whenever they're with the person they like. Their brains are...

Be yourself, with all you quirks and habits. Girls like it when guys don't put on an act. But be aware of boundaries like personal space (bubble), etc. Be ready to listen and don't take over a conversation. A good habit is to wait five seconds after saying a point to see if the person is still inter...

Hey, dude! Nothing wrong with being a little different! It just means your brain analyzes things a little differently than most. It can also help explain if you've ever had trouble with lights, textures, sounds, smells, or understanding what the heck people mean when they're talking. If you do have ...

"'Twas brillig and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe. All mimsy were the borogoves, and the mome raths outgrabe." (Lewis Carrol) Try saying this 3 times fast! I feel sorry for Alice when she had to translate this puzzle out. If you want to try, here's a tip: the odd words a...

^^ I know, right? Plus, it's disgusting when people leave their trash lying around. Seriously, kids need to learn how to be responsible. And it's so loud, what with people talking, blaring music, and pure insanity. Why can't normal people just sit back and enjoy quietness?

Phantom of the Opera: The movie conveniently "forgot" to put his name in the film, Erik Destler. It made up a tragic back-story between Erik and Madame Giry, and also failed to mention Erik's friend the Daroga Nadir Khan, who was a policeman during Erik's job building palaces in Persia. Ye...

How many people have been so excited to hear that their favorite book is being made into a movie, only to have your dreams crushed by terrible acting, missing scenes/characters, or scenes/characters that weren't even in the book in the first place!! 8O

I think that making friends on the internet can be a good thing if you do it right. It seems to be easier than talking to someone face-to-face. On the internet, you won't be judged because of how you look or act. That's a good thing. Just be sure to interact with people around you in the real world ...
