1) While I myself may not be immune from being called immature, what about Flagg? I did not say all mods were immature. I only mentioned Graelwyn because that is the one I see around often. 2) I'm not sure there is such a regulatory system, except when offended users point these out to the mods. Th...

Sorry, I really tried to like this site. 1) This site is filled with spammers and obnoxious attention seekers and completely useless threads. I feel like that I cannot post a thread without worrying about it going to obscurity by the next day, where it ends up on page 7 or so. And the mods here are ...

I scored 160, and another time I scored 170. To be honest, I really despise these tests, and there is a lot of suspicion about them from a psychological and scientific view point, since it really only tests your visualization, memory, and general verbal and mathematical skills . They do not take in...

Why the need to be superior? If you truly are superior you would not have to prove it.

I admit the conversation on some first-person shooter guild forum or a political bash-turbation forum isn't going to be very stimulating or well thought, but WrongPlanet.net isn't many orders of magnitude better. I've seen intelligent NT (re: not autism-focused) forums on more academic- or theory-o...

Also, the definition of what qualifies as a disorder, and the treatments for it, often changes and is based more on who can win an argument rather than objective science. Mental illnesses are real, but psychiatrists often place more importance on differences of trivial nature. (Being gay qualified y...

Hmm trying to look up where I found it I found this real life story :) http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/6225301.stm An overweight woman who got stuck in a South African cave trapped 22 fellow tourists for more than 10 hours and had to be prised free with liquid paraffin.... Oh heres the story I re...

I hate fiction. And I hate ilogical fiction even more. I'm not correcting your thread/post as I know its just a recreation of a news story I read months ago. Your not the focus of my attention its the orignal author who thought he was doing something worth while with this. I'm not sure who you are ...

Why not use the choice to drop the atomic bombs on Japan to end WWII. The same debate do you murder X number of people to save X+Y. Why don't you just accept the fact that it is hypothetical and made up? I only go around making corrections in other people's threads when people throw out erroneous c...

Instead of these made up stories why not find real situations where choices had to be made? The whole point of this thread is to stretch you out of your comfortable limit and consider scenarios in which you have to make tough decisions. As I said before, it is not meant to be all that realistic. So...

This came up when I was reading a paper on utilitarianism.... There is a group of people that want to get out of a cave. On one end of the cave, it is way to small for them to go through, and high tide is already in full swing, so the cave will be flooded soon. And so they journey to the other end w...

Hale_Bopp was saying the forum is corrupt. I did not see her say outright that the moderators are corrupt...though I could be wrong, maybe that is what she was inferring, but I don't think so... :? I think you will always get one or two less than stellar mods among a group anyway. You mean corrupt ...
