Lately i have been having debilitating self esteem issues,including my personality, my social understandings of things, my looks, and i dont know what to do anymore. I cant even act myself in public because supposively my autism shows. So i have to act "normal" all the time and its so hard...

Do friends/family members deny you having autism? Or say your too smart to have it? Einstien had a high iq but had HFA, how come autism is on the rise but so many individuals dont fully understand it, im also tired of people making autism jokes, "like an autistic guy" "nonstop spinnin...

i do have adhd, and trust me for thanksgiving im going completely nonverbal, i dont really feel comfortable talking to myfamily because they dont understand me at all. so i just sit in my own little world for a couple hours

i have a very hard time putting words together and i mix up words alot, i also eiter talk really fast or slow an stop in mid sentence then talk about somethin else, do any of you guys do that?without bring able to help it
