In my early twenties I married an abusive control freak. I never worked and became a stay at home mother of four. Now I'm going through a divorce and trying to establish a career.

I was diagnosed with right temporal lobe seizures and "minimal brain dysfunction" as a child. (That should give you a clue as to how old I am. Just in case you don't recognize the old fashioned psycho-babble, I'm in my 40's.) I was on and off quite a few seizure meds and also took Ritalin ...
