I tend to think in sensory imagery, such as pictures/movies, sounds, smells, taste and tactile sensations. With more abstract concepts, it's more of a combination of words both "written" and "spoken" often with some sensory imagery thrown in. In very rare cases, when I have no concept of something, ... |

I was in a low-speed collision a couple years ago, and fortunately unharmed. The airbag deployed and thrust my left hand into the driver side window with such force that the window actually cracked and broke free of the frame before shattering on the ground, and left a mild friction burn on my right... |

I've had this happen to me three times. They were all completely unrelated events, yet they all happened within the same month. The first one was a rather unattractive (to me) goth girl who was really persistent, until I finally told her I wasn't interested and to leave me alone. She only frowned an... |

I imagine I'd be like some of the female characters I create and play in various RPGs. They're mostly healer-types, generally avoiding direct confrontation, but still independent. My personality wouldn't be much different, but maybe a little more willful and vocal, and a little bit softer. I'd be mo... |

Peanut butter waffle sandwich. Toast a couple of waffles, and while they're still hot spread the peanut butter on them so it melts, becomes gooey and fun, and fills each square on the waffles. It's a tasty dish that is potentially very messy. |

Beyond that, I have no thoughts on the subject. |

I realized not too long ago that I literally need an obsession, for want of a better term, in order to function at any level. Just recently, I seem to have lost my obsessive interest in my gaming, or anything else I enjoy doing. This in itself isn't anything new or detrimental, because I always find... |

I have two ways of thinking. My first and most natural way is, for lack of a better term, sensory images. Some of it is pictures, but for the most part I think the same way I experience, through my senses. For instance, if someone describes how something smells, my "mind's nose" creates it for me, i... |

1997 was not great for me either. It was my junior year in high school (which is bad enough on its own) and a month or so before summer vacation, I went blind. Not completely blind, I could still see light and color, but absolutely nothing else. As you can imagine, this made things a bit difficult. ... |

I once walked from the top of the Grand Canyon, to the bottom, ate lunch at the river, then walked back to the top. It was 8 miles horizontally, and 1 mile vertically, then back again. I almost didn't make it back out before sundown. My friend took a picture of me as I was walking back, and it was a... |

My birthday is just a couple weeks before Christmas, and most of the money I get for the entire year is from that. It's always been my understanding that money given to you as a birthday or Christmas gift is meant for you to buy your own gift, which is what I do. I've gotten more than my fair share ... |

You know what is really cool about 9 is that it allows two player co-op mode and you can assign which controller is in charge of which individual characters. I have always wondered why this feature never showed up in the main franchise again. Unfortunately I have never gotten a chance to play co-op... |

Just as Kilroy said, I wasn't asking people's opinions on the matter, I was just hoping to find others to share in my excitement over this. Frankly, if you don't have anything constructive to say, just stop posting in this thread. |

I can't stand the sound of a telephone, especially on my particularly bad days. Over 90% of the calls to my home phone aren't even for me, but for someone who's not even around for most of the day. As for my cell phone, I have a very nice ringtone that I made from the song Summertime as sung by Rene... |
