| A long time ago, someone pointed out to my whole class that I silently repeat everything I say. Since then, I've tried to keep it in my head, and it seems that a more productive strategy is to plan out the next thing I'm going to say. |

| Supposedly I started to talk when I was two. I started reading fluently at two and a half, which I find interesting not just because it was early but because it seems to coincide with the talking. I believe I have some sort of auditory processing issue, and that spoken words didn't make sense to me ... |

| I teach a class of 6th grade girls. Quite possibly the worst thing I could teach, because they're at a very needy age.
