Funny because I was thinking about this today. It wasn't til I was about 22 that my parents said things like "You didn't act like a teenager when you were a teenager." and "Why are you acting like a teenager now?" Physically of course I matured at an average pace. I think I'm on...

When I was younger I did not experience adolescence until about 4 or 5 years after my peers were going through it. I was more or less a kid through most of high school and it wasn't until I was about 17 that my brain started to change. I was a teenager after everyone else was growing on. Anyone else...

I'm now 34 and I just now am getting to feel like an adult. I've always been about 5 years behind. When I was 10, I often still watched little kid shows during the day in the summer. When I was in high school, I still felt like a 12 year old and often acted like one. In college, I felt more like a ...

Here's a snippet of something I wrote to help NTs understand how our brains work. It's received good reviews from NTs I trust. Hopefully it helps... I've been struggling with how to explain to an NT in my life what exactly goes on in our brains and I think this is a great start. Would you happen to...

Pacing is a big one for me. I do enjoy walking a great deal and often when I walk it will be almost the exact same path for months. I find that it does intensify my creativity and I'm always working on a movie in my head. Sometimes I will be at peace and have a thought pop into my head that I will j...

Yep, random depression and such for me as well. Heck, I was getting it last night, for no particular reason that I could identify at the time. Best reason I had was "because". I get the "because" a fair bit too but I'm left to wonder if there are the rare times when there is a r...

I've suffered from depression and anxiety since I was pretty young. I believe they are all commonly comorbid with ASD.

I just started playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and I've been messing around with Disney Infinity 2.0. I have the Avengers playset and enjoy it. I haven't messed around too much with the toy box too much yet.

Count Dracula (1977)

Is that the BBC movie? That's on of my favorites versions of Dracula. Very underrated.
