Thanks for sharing this Bluejay.... As far as Sertraline goes, I am seeing my GP next week to discuss an alternative Medication. I was advised that if I wanted to come off of Sertraline, I would have to stagger the dose (i.e.Taking it on every other day for about a week) rather than reducing the dos...

I have been taking 50mgs of Sertraline (Zoloft) since Christmas, it is enormously helpful in terms of managing anxiety and OCD thoughts. However, I am finding the side-effects absolutely murderous.
