Why would you have a favorite color. Is there a difference between bleu and red apart from the wavelength?

Hello,

I, m Pieter from the netherlands
When I get very frustrated I start to bite my hand.
This causes me to calm down and ( I think) stops me from having a meltdown.
Or is this part of a meltdown.
The last real meltdown I had was 5 years ago but I still sometimes have shutdowns.

I sometimes do my homework in the break before the lesson.
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
