I might not actually have social phobia, but i can't be myself and i'm anxious. i can't get myself to say what i want to say, and all my abilities becomes dampened. can't formulate myself, i feel nervous. i just quickly say things to satisfy and get out of the situation.

I've got social anxiety, and i'm not sure whether that's due to having been rejected or disapproved of in the past. Was i natural at one point, but then disapproved of? and that made me feel bad... so i quit that behavior? Why i'm speculating that is because i can relate to suppressing things i want...
