Indeed, I think that many people can't countenance that people may have different strengths and weaknesses and so they dismiss them as "diseased" or needing a cure, and hence why the likes of MMS can take advantage of this. It's very depressing. |

I wouldn't anyway. I would be a completely different person without it. |

Fair point will@rd, even if I would be more subtle when trying to convince the grandmother. Coming across as aggressive might only reinforce her stereotypes and embolden her further, which the OP mightn't necessarily want. |

And maybe an Aspie-ocracy might cut out all the red tape and waste in politics. I know that Ireland could do with some of that anyway |

I agree with Jimmyboy, and I would add that maybe the grandmother doesn't understand why this is happening. It might be no harm to tell her politely that you are trying your best and ask her to be patient with you. That way, she might be more accomodating. |

Dryope, that sounds horrible what they did to you. Surely an organisation can't throw somebody out for a mere personality difference. Did you complain? |

Most of my dreams are set in the present, so I would be my own age in them. |

OK, point taken, but I thought that the addition of "claims" and my linking to a critical video would have given some indication of where I stand. Still, I take your point. |

Course it doesn't, I agree with you. I don't support them at all, in fact I think what they are promoting is extremely dangerous. |

I think that this might of interest to people here. A documentary was broadcast on Irish television, about Jim Humble and their MMS solution which claims to cure autism amongst other things? Has anybody here come across them? What do you think? http://www.rte.ie/news/primetime/2015/0408/692763-prime... |
