ok ya'll know what, honestly i'm drunk, but someone just set me a cheesecake, so i'ma pic pie, cuz pie's last long longer than cakes, and it sucks that this cake is bad by the time i'm over my sickness... so cake FTW...

That's the case with me. The most effective is rocking or contorting, but since that's so noticeable, when I'm around other people I usually will tap my fingers or stretch.
