You know, I would dearly love to wake up in 1965... I come from 1972 anyway so it'd just be like growing up. I think, if I managed to develop a temporal transporter, I'd actually head back to 1931 and live through all the momentous events of the late 20th. The internet is a handy tool, and a Godsend...

Kinda depends on the situation, I've worked quite hard to learn & apply the correct response to a situation. The most important thing I've found is to stop & look, then look again & THEN react rather than snapping to a conclusion because things aren't always as they first appear to an As...

We know weird stuff goes on that we can't explain, I lean towards the theory that things that go bump in the night/UFOs et all are nothing more than an imperfection in the time stream... This is not mere speculation either, I am currently refurbishing a house down on the very south coast of the UK t...

Interesting, I would probably lean towards #1 personally, but Mrs Jones disagrees... Apparently I'm a total flirt but don't realise, I just see it as being friendly. Interesting the difference between perception between two Aspies! :)

Nope, I'm of French/Dutch Huguenot descent... via Guernsey & South London on the way to here! :)

I guess they can, I was diagnosed in 2010 and currently in year 26 of my chosen career... Its tough, long hours, stressful & dangerous as well as being shift work so I have to contend with depression, which has no pattern, but I love what I do and I'm well respected within my company... :)

I reckon my Avatar kinda sums it up... That ally tube is full of black powder and magnesium. It was quite spectacular! :)

Not so much an actual object, but when I'm out travelling I'll always bring something familiar from home... Its usually a particular clock and maybe a writing pad for if I get time to let my graphomania out! :)

Hmm... Interesting one... I did all the tests some years ago just for sh1ts & giggles after an ad appeared in the press touting for MENSA members, it kinda scared me at the time when they gave the result & I never followed it up despite their badgering. I guess all an official score does is ...

I've kinda got to grips with the whole social awkwardness thing, well outwardly at least ( those Duck feet are still going like hell most of the time) by looking at and thinking about the situation I'm I'm and actively remembering that an Aspie's worst enemy is over-thinking, the internal conversati...

Oh hell yes, all the time, although I've managed to train myself so I'm not talking out loud in public... It actually helps in my line of work, my manager was extolling the virtues of 'risk triggered commentary' (I.e 'legalised talking to onesself' in dangerous situations in order to minimise risk, ...
