| From what I can see, I would say this is a meltdown. Tantrums are done in front of peoe or a person with the intent to get something or get out of something. Meltdowns can happen in private or in public, and are due to being overwhelmed. |

| Empathy is an interesting thnig when it comes to autistics. We tend not to understand the why, but we feel exess amounts of the what.
