On weekends or non-work days, and sometimes on very busy work days, I forget to eat. I know this is bad and it affects my job (biannual fitness assessments), but it either doesn't occur to me to eat, or it just feels like a chore. I have a teddy bear I always travel with since I was a baby (actually, I am on a new one... named Junior), and I have upgraded to living dogs for the day to day. :) They are very responsive, happy to see me when I come home and snuggle when I need it most.
