I thought they must have booked the day not knowing and they would be upset when they found out... they weren't upset.. they didn't even say anything at all like they didn't care.

She will be 7, I more don't understand why her birthday wasn't acknowledged. I was trying to figure out how I could gently let them know that that day is her birthday and, I have been told off like I have a huge problem with it when I didn't say that. I feel like my family has discussed what my reac...

Is it normal for someone to book their wedding on their nieces 7th birthday and, then when they were told that, not to actually acknowledge that? Apart from saying that she will be invited to the ceremony and reception? Wouldn't it be polite to say something like "Oh, sorry, we didn't realise w...

Thankyou for the replies, I am starting to realise I need a different tack with her... hard when she is the 4th youngest to change my habits. A lot of the time she will get very angry if I tell her off and say she is not naughty, and I kind of understand her thinking because, if she threw something,...

She has been different to my other children since birth. Did not sleep through the night once until she was 2 years old. Very early talker but, struggled to make certain sounds. Always been difficult to leave the house with as, her socks have to be perfect and, she simply won't do what I ask her to ...

I think that when I'm not stressed the main reason I keep it clean and tidy is laziness... if I let it get too bad, I will have to do more to put it right and I won't know where to start. I quite often just tidy what I can see from the sofa, then I can pretend the rest doesn't exist lol I do have a ...

I tend to deep clean a room then spend the rest of the day throwing tantrums if someone messes it up. If we were good friends, I'd probably try to tell you politely it was a mess, fail miserably and then ask where your cleaning cupboard is... then start by cleaning that. I have noticed I clean more ...

I've always said, tidy house = tidy mind. If it were up to me the house would be perfect all the time but, I have 5 children. They are on school holidays and, I literally can't clean one room without them messing up somewhere else so, for the moment I have given up. literally. I can't motivate mysel...

I've seen plenty of attractive people with Aspergers, especially the girls because, girls make more effort to fit in

I suppose I do have fixated interests in a way, I read fiction.. over and over again. I like books that are very detailed and can give me a really clear picture. If a series really captures my interest I will read it over and over again.. some of my books are falling apart. I also can't part with bo...

Just wondering what peoples experiences are.

Is there really a correlation between Aspergers, IBS, reflux and fibromyalgia? Are there other health problems related?
