I think that your assertion that the trend will reach an equilibrium is a fault in your argument. Of course it's possible, but there are at least two other possibilities I can think of off the top of my head. One would be that natural selection will actually favor this trend and over a long period w... |

My question concerning drugs in my original post was meant to discern whether anyone else has had them increase the effects of AS and if that's typical. If that's not the case, I would probably be able to rule out AS right there and then. There's no need to name any drugs imo, it's just not necessar... |

No need to get feisty. I have just this afternoon started to think this way. Give me a couple days to pay closer attention to my habits first. I'll be able to catch the difference. |

Well, there's math, philosophy, psychology and religion. Lately, I've been working on combining these in interesting combinations. I kind of want to be the guy who helps build an artificial intelligence or works with the genome to quick-evolve humanity. I've also had a few invention ideas with varyi... |

I hitchhiked around California for four full months last year. I really, really needed to get it out of my system. Also, now I have a couple dozen different stories to tell, although I'm not sure any of them are appropriate for a family site. |

I dunno, but I've been called interesting, mysterious, weird, stoner, 'just a friend ' and god knows what else. I think that you're going to be looked at in a unique way by every person. If you're looking for a specific response, then you just need to remember the law of chance. |

A more practical approach would be to analyze how you store and access memory and sensory information and attempt to improve it by changing your own brain structure. Brain waves don't mean much to even the most practices neurologist, let alone the layman. I've been doing this since I was a kid and c... |

Noetic, Oh, there's definitely stress. And yes, the voices are a recent development in maybe, the last 3 months, although I can remember one specific incident when I was maybe 8, but that was most likely just an anomaly. The sensitivities are getting worse, not better, and I'm taking much less drugs... |

Fraya, No drugs isn't really an option. Maybe in a few more months when my business is making money rather than losing it, I will be able to afford some real medication for my chronic pain and concentration problems. The hallucinations are the only new symptom I have, so I can probably attribute tho... |

I was actually referred here by a fellow member of a site called the Shroomery. I have a feeling that there has to be some form of intimate relationship between shrooms/tripping and AS. |

Hello everybody. :D I was concerned about my mental health (I have been hearing voices and have been increasingly audio-sensitive) and reading up on schizophrenia, but not everything was adding up. I was cross-referenced over to a Wikipedia page on AS and everything seemed to describe me perfectly. ... |
