Anyone else suffer from autistic inertia? And if so do you also suffer muscle pain/stiffness? Any tips on what you do to overcome this?

I also move my legs to stop annoying pain. It may have something to do with muscle tension and maybe related to why kids walk on their toes. coke is bad for everyone, as is all soda. I'm more concerned with the caffeine effect, I assume thats the only thing that makes Coke and cola drinks unique. I know there is a crap load of sugar and acid in all sodas that can affect digestion and blood sugar. i have no problem with caffeine. i drink...

coke is bad for everyone, as is all soda. I'm more concerned with the caffeine effect, I assume thats the only thing that makes Coke and cola drinks unique. Maybe the flexibility/low muscle tone side is a big advantage for more precise movements/touch rather than clunky stiff movements.
