This is obviously not an acceptable thing to do, and take advantage of somebody's mental difference, and use that to create humor in your workplace. I dont know how much you can do about it personally, but maybe try explain that to some of the co-workers and see how they react to your proposal. I do...

You dont disrupt anybody until you start doing something and aware of what you're doing, and most of the time they will ask you to stop/warn you about it. But there are also people Ive met who werent like that, and when I was disrupting their life they(well, she) refused to tell me, and she broke up...

I'd say, you dont necessarily have to do or listen to every single thing your parents tell you. Many parents, especially in modern days, expect their children to reach a certain height in their lives, or "study hard, get far, get a super professional job and make a lot of money" etc., with...

There might be a problem with the way you're asking them things, or consulting with them. If you're asking for their advice on something that stressed you, try asking in a non-stressful way. Dont mention "stressed" or anything like that, it will only make things worse and make them ask que...

Basically, a negative response from somebody over something or a small debate. Sometimes people can get easily angry or short tempered for no legitimate reason, and thats what I hate seeing the most. I am not particularly "scared" of it as the thread title say, but it is quite annoying at ...

Medicine can do you a lot of harm if your body does not need it, or when your symptoms does not match what the med you are taking is supposed to cure. Doctors can sometimes prescribe the wrong medicine, and that is the psychiatrist's fault, not the patient's fault. There is probably some flaws in th...

I like to cook, but dont see it as a prominent hobby of mine. I'm not "crazy" over it as they say. I am actually one of these kind of people who would be okay even with just an open can of sardines for dinner/night before I go to bed. Things that require cooking, like meat, eggs etc. are ...

Honestly, the poor communication/lack of friends thing very much depends on your motivation, your hunger for making friends, willingness to do/overcome certain things, and such. If you would do nothing significant to develop friendship with other people, and be willing to talk and let conversations ...

I took something like that a while ago, and although I felt it is helping, it actually did more damage than actually help me feel better. It seems, you only feel better with it for a short while, then after that it starts to make things worse, when you take it on a regularly basis. I'd say, you only...

More specifically, how do people around you treat you? Do they treat you as less capable? Give you special treatment that is not needed? What specifically do you mean by treating you not normal in a way you don't like? I think that people around me treat me more or less normal. I'm not sure how to ...

Hi everyone, sorry for the unexpected thread. I've been thinking about this a lot and it has been really bothering me especially lately, when I begin hearing things like "But you are not like everyone else man", etc. We all have our differences and difficulties, yet, many people refuse to ...

Yes, that is what I am saying. Avatars for forums are on this: http://wrongplanet.net/forums/ucp.php?i=195 Other than that there is no fix and I explained why. We're all stuck. I found the page to edit it but it redirects. http://wrongplanet.net/forums/ucp.php?i=193 This used to be to edit the age ...

It's on your profile, but not under your avatar. It's confusing why that is and I've only just worked it out myself. So wrongplanet was on one profile system until about december 2014 (let's call this profile 1) Then it changed to another (profile 2) but after the amount of bugs the site was having...
