| For tidying up, a trick I used to use was setting the alarm clock on the oven (less fiddly than my ordinary alarm clock) for 10...20...30... mins - that way your thinking of something non-human, inanimate and which you can control - then once the alarm went off I set it for another x amount of minut... |
