It's not an erectile dysfunction if he can cum himself. It's purely psychological, something is mentally blocking him from enjoying it. It sounds like anxiety to me. I can't have good sex without some sort of benzo like xanax, or alcohol.
How old are you two? Are you both diagnosed? |
