Do people not understand that there's no treatment for autism? You shouldn't even be discussing it. It's like discussing possible treatment for left-handedness, for example. The best way to help people with autism is to find policies and strategies which will help us to more successfully integrate ... |

Not this BS again. There's no cure for autism. You don't know that. Years ago people used to believe that it was true for a lot of diseases that are totally curable nowadays. Btw, I didn't even say cure, I said "treatment". And it's not BS. You might be able to handle your condition just ... |

So what are the new treatments that are out there? Gene therapy, TMS, deep TMS, glutathione IV... What else? Have any of you tried any of these treatments? Did they work? I have tried TMS for my ocd and it did nothing for me. Also have been trying myriads of medication since I was 14 and nothing has... |

so no, your physique has nothing to do with aspergers, it's just an (unlucky) coïncidence. Ok about the rest of your post, but I'll have to disagree with you when you say that's unlucky. I don't regret the way I am or look. Of course I would've preferred not to have any of these traits, but overall... |

Hi, I live outside the US and I'm planning on going to America for more proper treatment and diagnosis. I have asperger's, OCD and depression. Do any of you have any idea about where I should go/who to consult with? I'm looking for top doctors in top autism centers but have no idea how to proceed, w... |

alex, that was a really cool video indeed! I wasn't being able to play it before, don't know why. But it wasn't really clear to me - did you and your friend do it for diagnosis/study purposes or did you have it to somehow treat asperger's? Did anything happen to you or your friend besides the color ... |

I understand your point Joe90, but I think there are just too many odd things about me for every one of them to be totally unrelated. I actually did notice how NT's bodies are (can't say about other aspies as I'm not sure if I know any). You don't see a lot of people with as big of an overbite as me... |

Was this part of a research study on TMS? Did you have to pay for this yourself? No, it was not part of a research study, I had to pay it (BIG $$) myself :? I have a feeling this was swindling thing, if they charged big $$ for unproven therapy. I know that TMS is potential therapy for OCD, but it s... |

I recently underwent 20 sessions of TMS. It was actually intended to treat my OCD. At the time it was being applied, I felt nothing, except for having strong episodes of depersonalization/derealization during and after every session (I feel these episodes became a lot stronger and more frequent ever... |

Oh, thanks Rudin! I'm glad you think that way I always find a little intimidating to speak/write to native speakers, so I tend to apologize beforehand just in case. |

Hi you all! New member to the forum here, thanks for having me :D well, i have asperger's (diagnosed) and aside from all the neurological and behavioral symptoms, I notice that some things on my body, and on my face specially, are a little odd.
