I don't see why such laws should be in place. To me, all words are is breath formed within certain patterns to convey a message. Words cannot harm you.

For me, it depends on multiple factors. How they act, how they dress, ect. Like, if they act obnoxiously, constantly yell-talking the place down in a most annoying voice, I don't like them.
