It's hard to quantify what my biggest special interest has been, as I've gone through different cycles of interests, but I think Nazi Germany was probably the one I spent the most time on thus far.

My synesthesia is pretty intensive. Music is perceived as colors, shapes, and tastes. Colors and shapes alternatively "sing" to me or make musical notes appear in the air. Shapes, both in food and in the environment around food, have tastes. For example, once I had a green circular lollipo...

I have an extremely high tolerance to caffeine because I've used it so heavily for the majority of my life! At this point, it doesn't do much of anything to me. I can drink a huge coffee with three shots of espresso and feel no different than I did before, and choose to lie down and nap if I want.

My name is Jamie, I'm 22 years old, I'm a boy, and I'm from the USA. I'm a writer, and I actually am able to do that for a living, so I work from home. I also love music, dogs, and spending time outdoors. I'm extremely energetic and always interested in talking to anyone about pretty much anything. ...

I would say that I have a very young mind. I get very excited over simple things, still play with and carry around toys, enjoy kids' shows, and have a generally youthful personality. I also look much younger than I am. I'm in my twenties, yet I regularly get mistaken for a boy in his younger teens.

I've been in a relationship with my girlfriend for over two years! We have a great relationship. When we started going out, I didn't initially tell her that I was on the autism spectrum. Eventually, I explained it to her. Sometimes she still needs reminders because I can come across as unfeeling or ...

I have a great sense of humor, I'm very smart, I'm outgoing, and I am a generally positive person. Physically, my girlfriend tells me that I am attractive and says that she notices other girls trying to flirt with me when we go out, but I never notice that. I think of myself as odd-looking physicall...

I love things that taste bad! The more disgusting something tastes to me, the more I want to taste it.

I have Celiac disease and a serious dairy allergy, so I am GFCF for those reasons. It definitely helps my mental/cognitive state as well as my physical well-being. When I accidentally get contaminated with gluten, I have serious mental repercussions and can't think clearly for weeks afterward. I als...

Where I am, it's morning and I just woke up. What I've had so far was an apple and a gluten-free chewy chocolate bar.

Hi, everyone! Thanks so much for the welcoming messages. For what I generally write about, I write transgressive fiction. If anyone's read and enjoyed Fight Club, that's probably the most well-known piece of transgressive fiction out there in mainstream entertainment. If you haven't read it, the ter...

I often repeat questions that I am asked to make sure that I comprehended the question correctly, as I often don't understand the full meaning of what people say. I actually had no idea that this was something people could interpret as a sign of potential lying! Now if someone reacts oddly to me rep...

All of my past special interests are still technically special interests of mine as I've retained all the information I learned about them, and still get very excited about them! It's just that my current present special interest takes precedence over the older ones, and I actively am learning and r...
