eliminating stress is the best medication for me.

Pregablin is a nasty drug , is it helping ? When I missed a dose of pregablin I felt awful.

It makes me slightly "rushed" and does lower my anxiety. I have that pit of fear in my stomach if I forget to take it

I just feel a formal diagnosis would stop me beating myself up for my failings - I know but it's people's "oh, he's blaming Aspergers!" that make me doubt myself. The family have always had "he's so intelligent, he should have done better" attitude. I'm often told "Why can't...

I've gone through the NHS assessment - I was "on the spectrum" but "not enough." for a formal diagnosis, that was in 2013 so I pushed it to the back of my mind for the nth time. I hide it VERY VERY well .....I've learned how to appear "normal" since I was 13 when the ch...

I feel an explanation would help me mentally....what does "where I live" have to do with it....I was given a 3 page essay explaining that I have many traits - but not at the level "required for a diagnosis" - but I hide it extremely well and have learned behaviours over the years.

I've recently lost my job and have applied for universal credit - had an appointment for Thursday, but this morning just as I'd woken up they rang and asked if I could bring it forward to this morning. I panicked and froze - and declined saying I'd an appointment - I was prepared for Thursday but no...

I've been convinced for years I have Aspergers - EVERYTHING fits - so I went through the NHS diagnosis and in 2016 I had a consultation which was a few hours over 2 days..... I was diagnosed as having a "mild form" and "some traits" but not enough for a formal diagnosis....so I p...
