Good example of someone with OCD too.

Penelope Garcia from the same show comes across as autistic too. Very eccentric.

Phileas Fogg from Around the World in 80 Days. Just look at this: Was Phileas Fogg rich? Undoubtedly. But those who knew him best could not imagine how he had made his fortune, and Mr. Fogg was the last person to whom to apply for the information. He was not lavish, nor, on the contrary, avaricious;...

Good article! I especially liked this bit Many autistics believe that autism is an inborn neurological difference, and as such, is not subject to cure. To those of us who hold that view, the healthiest path is to accept the way we are and make the best life we can. Other autistics reject that idea a...

It's not necessarily other people that are repeated. Echolalia can also refer to behaviour where someone repeats words or phrases to themselves as a vocal stim.

Not really. I don't find there's someone missing in my life although I also like to think that I may meet someone who will change my mind about that.

Yeah I haven't really gotten to the point of learning a new programming language yet. I was told I was allowed to install Linux if it was too frustrating, so I did just that, but when they saw me using it, I was told that it wasn't allowed. I'd prefer more clarity up front, so I don't waste time doi...

I don't think you can register a domain with fake information, domains aren't free so you have to give them payment details at the very least.

2 days of 4 hours each. It's so little I am having trouble understanding why it's so hard for me. Is it boring or unrewarding? If so, it can require substantially more energy (something about dopamine and executive function), perhaps what you would expend 40-50 hours a week on something you enjoy. ...

Let me understand. Did you say you are working 2 days, 4 hours each day? Or was it 4 days, 2 hours each day? I'm having a hard time understanding why this is not working out for you. Possibly you're having a post-traumatic physiological response from when you did burn out working full-time, years a...

Thanks everyone for your replies! It sounds like you need a relaxing hobby to unwind after work. Yeah I used to game with some people but they've all moved onto other games I can't afford and/or don't enjoy. Also currently I can't afford TV or Netflix. Your autism cannot get worse, but your symptoms...
