So what is the need for two different diagnosis that in fact are the same. And Wikipedia puts no word for clearing this issue.

ok, right, everyone of us is different - meds are not for everyone - i don't like that idea of not treating autism chemically because some of us don't react to it... - these are complicated issues in my life i have taken risperidon, sertraline, tianeptine, and now fluoxetine - always very small dose...
