| Are you skinny? It's typical for underweight people to not have regular period. The body needs enough fat to maintain the cycle. Many athletes don't have period at all. My period wasn't regular until I got heavy enough in my late 30s. Now it's like a clock and I know exactly when it would start. So... |

I'm hypersensitive to lights and sounds, to the point where I can barely walk through my own house without feeling overwhelmed.
My special interests are video games and birds. My favorite birds would be the Brown Thrasher, Tufted Titmouse, and the Chickadee! |

Maybe do something that requires a lot of handiwork, get a something for tactile stimming(Fluffy blanket, an animal toy.), get a rubberband and snap against the wrist, a fidget toy, stress ball, pick at your clothes, wave your hand like you just don't care, put band-aids on ... |

| It happened, right when I was talking to my mom. I also felt my chest tightening up a little bit. We weren't talking about anything that would probably cause anxiety, unless I didn't know. |

| I have no idea how to explain it correctly. It's this weird feeling throughout my body. I don't know if it's anxiety, or a strong emotion that I can't describe. It happens 24/7. A weird feeling in my chest happens, too. |
