Are you skinny? It's typical for underweight people to not have regular period. The body needs enough fat to maintain the cycle. Many athletes don't have period at all. My period wasn't regular until I got heavy enough in my late 30s. Now it's like a clock and I know exactly when it would start. So...

I'm now getting concerned. I started my period when I was 10. I'm 17 now and it still skips a month or two. But, this is the longest yet I've been without a period. Do you think I should wait one more month just in case? EDIT: Nevermind. Funny thing is, is that my period literally started several mi...

I went to the dentist in November. He was very nice. My mom told him that I'm on the spectrum, so I can be more comfortable. The bliss from a nice person ended when he said, "Well, I think everyone is somewhere on the spectrum.". My challenges were just pushed away. I sat there and nod, wh...

I'm hypersensitive to lights and sounds, to the point where I can barely walk through my own house without feeling overwhelmed.

My special interests are video games and birds. My favorite birds would be the Brown Thrasher, Tufted Titmouse, and the Chickadee!

I had anorexia when I was 13. I couldn't go to an ED clinic because I was too young, and doctors at the hospital were very rude, eyed me up and down, and didn't understand autism. But it is true. I call it rituals, rules and routines, or basically, the 3 Rs. Today, I'm not underweight anymore, and I...

Same thing happens here! I see a thread I want to comment on, so I do, and then next thing you know, nobody else comment. I always feel like I hurt someones feelings. Something similar happens when I play video games. I ask a question, nobody answers, I say hi to people in the guild, nobody answers....

Same thing happens here. Maybe do something that requires a lot of handiwork, get a something for tactile stimming(Fluffy blanket, an animal toy.), get a rubberband and snap against the wrist, a fidget toy, stress ball, pick at your clothes, wave your hand like you just don't care, put band-aids on ...

It happened, right when I was talking to my mom. I also felt my chest tightening up a little bit. We weren't talking about anything that would probably cause anxiety, unless I didn't know.

Valentine's Day is coming up, so maybe it's LOVE!   ........ Yeah, riiiight. I definitely know it's not that. Yeah, it's really hard to decipher what it could be without much to go off from. Is there any sort of thing that is triggering this feeling? Such as som...

I have no idea how to explain it correctly. It's this weird feeling throughout my body. I don't know if it's anxiety, or a strong emotion that I can't describe. It happens 24/7. A weird feeling in my chest happens, too.
