I didn’t learn to drive until my mid twenties. Apart from me hacing no desire to drive. There were all these rules but no one follows them so I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t realize until later that not driving is weird (I live in America).

These are actual research studies. It’s not some doctor making claims it’s looking and reported on the data.
Yogurt has beneficial bacteria and it is used to help with diseases like depression. There is definitely gut brain connections.

Part of the human condition is getting upset. Emotions arent based on logic and they have more of an influence than the rational brain. You didn’t do any wrong, however it would be considerate to apologize. If they don’t accept your apology and continue to berate you block them.

There is being selfish and being a noob (bad) at helping people. As long as you want others to be happy and don’t go out of your way to harm them I think you’re okay.

There are various sectors of the economy that run more efficiently when socialized. The biggest example is health care where socialized systems have half the costs with better quality of care. Others include insurance, education, retirement, utilities etc.
