Luckily I remember a lot from childhood. My flatmate is so supportive which is nice.

When did you have your assessment and how many appointments was it? I can imagine it was really draining.

Hi,
I've just been referred to BASS which is the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Service where I live. Was it the same service when you were assessed?
You could contact the PALS service if you are not happy about your assessment.
