I think this is a great article and is well worth sharing with employers and colleagues. it has really caught some of the great strengths that can be utilised in business... but also in recognising that these skills are transferable to all areas of our lives. http://www.cipd.co.uk/pm/peoplemanageme ... |

Went shopping yesterday with my cousin and her son and my friend with her 2 girls. I had a great day and fooled around with the kids who also had a great day. My cousin and friend kept telling me off (lightheartedly) for winding the kids up. They were worried that the kids would be bored so I decide... |

Everybody knows I have AS at work - even if they dont really know what that means lol The company I work for have a new green policy which is basically; 1. Public transport 2. Hire... |

The TV show I'm watching (well its on in the background)... he poured coffee from a flask and it shot through my body. Strange how that is the only thing I have picked up on in TV show. Thi... |

I have no real emotional attachment. I dont think I have ever felt the 'love' that I see families express in the world around me. I have friends who express so much love for their parents and siblings and I often feel so jealous that I dont feel this... even when I try to feel it. Before I knew abou... |

I hate travelling by public transport alone as im sure most of you can relate! I had an interview which meant travelling. As I refuse to travel by train or coach the only alternative was a hire car (the company pays so its needs to be authorised). The thought of spending 2-3 hours, potentially cramm... |

We recently moved offices and now the floor we are on is very quite and away from the noise of the traffic. My work collegue who sits next to me brings a flask of coffee in every day. What is driving me insane is the noise the coffee makes as it is poured into the cup. I equate the feeling to that o... |

I am always far too upbeat and happy. I have a few good friends but when im out and being me, I am surprised at how many people get really pissed off with me. Its like they prefer people to be miserable and anybody who is always happy - they despise! I think happiness threatens them somehow - but I ... |
