Okay, so not the actual cause but the triggers? This last time was because he got upset thinking I was upset. But I'm not really sure how that's supposed to help since I can't control him.

I've tried a lot of ways but none of them release the stress, it just takes my mind off of it for the time being. I don't know. I know he understands autism well because he used to work with me, helping adults with autism.
