I feel over stimulated at the idea of touch (especially hugs). This bothers me because I hate refusing hugs. Any suggestions on self-soothing regimens?

It's getting to the point where I'm inclined to say, "What is this? Slow and stupid week? Buy a hearing aid or I'm not fooling with you!" Nobody hears you if you're not a loudmouth ed idiot, or to put it more diplomatically, a dingbat extrovert.
