No, I don't have friends, unless family (parents + sibling) counts as friends. It's ok though. I've never felt lonely. I do sometimes wonder what it's like to have a best friend (outside of the family, that is), but the at the same time I find maintaining a friendship to be very exhausting and confu... |

I've had a few, before I actually knew they were meltdowns. Looking back, most of them occurred at work or were work related. Anyway, the worst meltdown I had was the one that made me decide to call in sick in April this year. In fact, I had two in one week, both at work. I've looked back at some no... |

I voted no, but I am kind of stuck between "no" and "some parts of it". I never thought of myself as being disabled, just different. That difference did (and still does) make life quite a challenge. So, in that regard, yes, it can be disabling. It's just, I don't feel disabled. I... |

I have. In fact, I've had a (what I call) slumbering death wish for at least 25 years. I'm 40 years old now. It's like I am not suicidal to the point where I would do something, but I wouldn't mind not waking up in the morning, or being hit by a car, or what have you. More serious suicidal thoughts ... |

I don't know if parents should force their kids to make eye contact. I have been taught to make eye contact. I can remember my mother telling me to look people in the eye when they speak to me or when they greet me. It made me feel uncomfortable, but I sort of learned to do it. Today I still find it... |

I have never enjoyed having my picture taken. It used to be worse though. I guess I can sort of deal with it nowadays. I went through a phase where I thought I looked sort of okay in pictures when I deliberately did not look into the camera. Then someone told me I should practice smiling, and I did.... |

I have my family, my brother in particular. I have my job, but I can't say I socialize much at work. I'm not good at it, and I don't really feel the need to talk either. I've tried to become friends with people online, because I always thought it'd be nice to talk to people who have the same interes... |

Definitely my childhood. I had a couple of friends, and most of the other children just accepted me for who I was. In general, I think my childhood was very much okay.
Adolescence was a nightmare. School was hell. I was bullied severely from age 12 to 16. So yeah, childhood was better. For sure. |

There was a time, back when MySpace was huge, when I was obsessed with surveys, questionnaires, or whatever you like to call them. So I can't not fill this out. What is your first name? I prefer not to say my real first name. Age: 36 Location: The Netherlands. Hobbies and Interests: Music, video gam... |

Sure, why not? If you really want to see something and you don't have anyone to go with, or no one else is interested, there's nothing wrong with going alone. I have gone to the theatre on my own a few times to watch a play or a concert. It may be a bit uncomfortable before the event or during the i... |
