I am not diagnosed but am sure I'm an aspie and realised this after the birth of my son. I have been with my partner for three years and we have a one year old. I'm terrified to tell my partner. I haven't told anyone else either. I feel like there is a stigma and also AS is misunderstood, eg the ide...

I have a nearly two year old and didn't realise until after he was born that I am autistic. I don't plan to have another one. I do not regret having him but it has been really hard. Actually I think motherhood in general is a lot harder than our society makes out, especially the first year. New mums...

Food wise- never go to the supermarket hungry! Only buy healthy food, then you won't have unhealthy food in the house. Carry healthy snacks with you so you don't get hungry and succumb to unhealthy snacks, and take packed lunches to work. Substitutions- when you crave sugar, eat fruit or dried fruit...

You might think you need to be coordinated to do Zumba but it's all about having fun and moving and not about getting it right so I highly recommend it. So much fun, you don't even realise you're exercising.

When you're fit it's easy to stay fit but when you're not it's hard to get there. Start off small. I find a squat challenge works well. There's a website- 200 squats. You will see gains quickly, which will inspire you. Swimming also will give you results if you push yourself. Reward yourself. A heal...

I am one of those mums who wouldn't let Mary Poppins look after her baby lol. My mother in law is the only person who has. My sister in law has never let us look after her kids either and I'm ok with that though I would love to. When I was growing up I only had one aunt and uncle who looked after us...

Hi everyone. I haven't been diagnosed but am almost sure I'm an aspie. I haven't told anyone. Actually I think it's highly likely that both of my parents and my brother are too, but I don't think any of them have the insight to realise if I told them. I am looking forward to learning more, and to me...
