I know exactly how you feel. Unfortunately, I don't have any answers. And I don't know about you but, the older I get, the worse I've begun to feel about this world... I think if people weren't here, this Earth would be a great place to live. :) I feel like I'm trying to exist in too many dimensions...

I as I call it ''over did it'' On Saturday pushing myself physically and mentally from 9am to 5pm is it normal for us to still be in a state of ''nervous'' and ''anxiety'' even a day later? I don't know if it's normal for all Aspies, but I can definitely relate to all the things you've been saying....

No, I haven't read it. I can't really afford to buy it; but I was, probably, gonna go-ahead and do without toilet paper this month (LOL), and get it----NOW, I'm thinking I should just get it at the library; though, there's probably a waiting list, a mile long.

Hahaha. Well, I don't...

It does seem like Rowling is just milking this and I'm quite disappointed. I've always been a fan of the HP series, but never a fan of J.K. Rowling, herself. She seems to have a great many insecurities----I know we all have them, but..... I feel the reason she made Dumbledore gay, for instance, was...

I read and loved all the books, and all the movies; I went to the studio tour in England, but I've jumped off the Potter train with this play and book. I have loved Rowling but I think she went back on her word when she said the final book was the final chapter of Harry Potter. She's now milking it...

I had to do a similar thing a few years back because I just couldn't cope with everything (this was before my diagnosis). It wasn't so much loneliness though as just being emotionally overwhelmed. I had lived at home to complete my bachelor's degree and then decided to move out to another city with ...

Well I'm new here (hello everybody!), so this seems like the best place to start. 1. I'm an only child. 2. I was home-schooled through a rigorous Catholic curriculum until 10th grade (despite my family not being really religious-- guess it was just the best program available). 3. Technically was sup...

LittleLu, what does demisexual mean? Demisexuals only develop a physical attraction to a person after successfully establishing a close relationship with them. In other words, I am not easily turned on by people unless I've had a chance to fully get to know them. ^-^ Oh my gosh, I didn't know there...

Oh lord... I really want to weigh in here, but honestly it feels like voluntarily jumping into a firestorm. Guess I'll try my best anyway. I'm new here (Hi all!) and was going to dip my toes in the water on a different thread but saw this post and felt the need to say something, because.... I can em...
