"It is what it is" I feel like it's just another way of saying "suck it up" when you're opening up to someone about your struggles. "You look so much better when you smile, you should do it more often" Sure, if you give me a reason to. Randomly smiling just for the heck...

As comfortable and loose as possible (t shirts and drawstring loose pants for hot weather, sweats for cold weather).
