| @yippyskippy thank you , I am alarmed he might have asd, I don't want him to have it, if he does then so be it. Just didn't want my son's time wasted. Thank you everyone for your advice, we'll get on a waiting list, follow ECI therapies and keep an eye on him! Just seemed strange someone could diagn... |

| ECI was done through the county, sorry. During the ECI evaluation they told us they don't evaluate for autism, just for speech and OT, my son showed a 12 month speech delay according to their evaluation. They said at the moment they can only provide ABA therapy when kids are diagnosed with ASD. I ma... |

It was a private office, a Developmental pediatrician. We also went to the state's ECI, and they said no autism evaluation is available through them, only speech and OT, which he'll get starting in January. ECI said they offer therapy like ABA, but only after a kid has been diagnosed elsewhere.  |

| My 19 month old son had his second evaluation for ASD today, the Dr that gives the diagnosis was not present during the first appointment, only his colleague. Today he was in the room and after 15 minutes of being there he said "I don't think he has ASD". I'd love to hear that my son doesn... |

| Yeah, it was the first time he had that cereal, had a really really bad reaction, went to several Dr.s and even they weren't familiar with FPIES, but agreed that he could have it, and we avoided the cereal since then even though his stomach may be able to tolerate it as you said, but also since thin... |

| Yeah we live in Texas, ECI evaluation was to see how much of a delay he had, he's 18 months and they said he has a 12 month speech delay because he doesn't have any words, he also showed some other delays due to the not pointing and not turning when called and things like that, but they said they do... |

| During the first appointment of his evaluation we were told that the behaviors could be related to his age, but if by the end of the evaluation(4 more appointments) they suspected autism they would him him that diagnosis so he could get therapy just to make sure, and if he didn't have It then great.... |

| Thank you! Our son has his first evaluation tomorrow(mainly to go over his medical history), so it's the start. He understands when I say "no" before he does something, he understands when I ask him for the moon, has lots of eye contact and is constantly looking back to see if I'm watching... |

| The car seat has always been an issue, it doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. The diaper is been constant until recently, unless he's distracted he'll give us a time with it. | @kraftiekortie Thank you, what worries me the most is that he wont turn when I call him, unless its interesting to him, otherwise he seems deaf.
