I'm pretty sure my co-worker is not happy with me. I don't know why. I'm sorry, I see I was really unclear.

Apparently I am (2) and if I can just address the anxiety and my behaviour, then my social skills, sensory issues and all the rest will improve. But I've been trying for so long to change, and I'm worn out.

To clarify - (1) or all of (2) together.

Whichever it is, its not fun, but it seems to me like trying to build a tower of anything-but-autism-because-you-cant-possibly-have-that is not helpful if it is (1).
