You put up with a lot when you're in a relationship with someone you love. I've tolerated farts, cleaned puke, and even cooked food for sick boyfriend while I was also sick. He got me sick.

The very thought of touching people gives me anxiety though, like I don't know. It's foreign to me, despite my family wanting hugs and me declining the offer. I only hug people if I feel a deep connection to them or they initiate because I'm too awkward to say no, so they get that weird one arm hug....

I came to this community after speaking with a psychiatrist who suggested I do so.

Anyone who can talk to me about how to socialize better and maybe get out of hugging and shaking peoples hands, well skin contact all together, without people getting mad at me.

I'm so desperate.
