i have problems with the whole job/work thing. i find it very hard to deal with the interview process, telephone interviews are usually ok-ish. it is the face to face interviews that i find problematic, but it depends on which "me" turns up. the nervous/anxious version tends to do poorly w... |

yes, i've got some tracks that i use when i realise that i'm dealing with a shutdown/potential shutdown. it can help, but depends on how early i realise what is happening or how far down the rabbit hole i have already gone. |

i used to keep my room/environment as dark as possible all the time. this changed about a year ago as i found that even though i find sunlight/glare hard to deal with, the consequences for my general health of not getting proper sun exposure has made me more able to cope with it. make no mistake i w... |

i've been in the same situation my whole life, it has taken me that long to realise the following : - stop caring about what others think, do things that make you happy - in the long term it is better for you as you will have done stuff you enjoy - hanging on for other people to notice you never wor... |

i still suffer from this issue, the only things that i have tried that work are the following : - stop caring about what any of the bullies say or do, no reaction removes the primary reason for bullying ie getting a reaction from you - preemptively take the piss out of yourself, this also removes th... |

not really afraid, more like super wary of them. no social media accounts, don't trust the people who run them and i'm a grumpy, reclusive git. they just remind me of a playground popularity contest and i want nothing to do with it. i'll go do more interesting things ... |

i re-watch almost everything i like and have difficulty committing to watching new things (watch one episode = watch all episodes). getting to the end of something i like (series, film, activity) causes me quite a lot of distress. |

How much time do you need to recover? sensory overload, number of people around me, ability to escape, level of intoxication, anxiety, auditory hallucinations are the immedia... |
