Hello all, I haven't posted here for a long while (so long in fact that I had to re-register!) I have Asperger's, and like many, I struggle a LOT with sensory overload. I'm also ill with M.E. and various other things, and it's really hard to get the daytime sleep I need due to the noisy world around...
