I have a 40 mile drive to and from work each day. On particularly stimulating days, I have to pull over for a nap rest at the halfway point during the evening commute. This occurs at least once a week. Does anyone share this experience?

I've found noise-cancelling headphones to add a further noise similar to placing an ear to a conch shell. Actual dB reducing hearing protection with Bluetooth has worked best for me, although they are a bit warm and make me sweat. I use 3M WorkTunes Connect Hearing Protector with Bluetooth Technolog...
