My 26 yr old son with Autism really needs a friend to talk to. Where is the best place to find other young adults with Autism to make friends with? He feels like he's alone in the world and he will never have a true friend. any advice?

My son has Autism and can be very difficult sometimes but i would never tell him i didn't want him. Here is the reason why. When i was 13 my Mom was angry and told me she wished she had never had me or my 2 brothers. As an adult I understand she was angry and had kids too young and felt trapped. But...
