I have the same problem, but lately I've found it helpful to simply write down whatever I'm thinking in a journal. Helps clear out my mind a little.

For the past few weeks I've been obsessing over the problems I've been having asking a girl out. It's not that I'm afraid she'd refuse; she seems to really enjoy spending time with me and has expressed interest about getting into a new relationship before. The problem is that I constantly obsess ove...

I personally will NOT accept gay people being denied rights. So where does that leave us? Hmmm, let's see. First off, marriage is a biblical institution. It is also a commitment to one another, therefore the gay rights movement has a few options to consider. Do they want to marry each other for the...

PS2 - Upside - BY FAR the largest game library of the three (and that's not even including PSX games). The new version of the console which came out a few months ago is smaller than both competitors and includes a built-in network adapter. Downside - Worst graphics of the three, hard drive still has...

I'm afraid of lying until I actually lie in a given situation; afterwards it becomes second nature for that situation.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm a visual thinker, but I have difficulty controlling all the images in my head. I get the movie effect all the time too.
