Right, no degree. Im looking into being tested and we have decent insurance, so hopefully I can get this done soon. I never thought I'd say "I hope I have autism!" I just resonate with so much with ASD and want an answer. I'm already expecting less out of myself just with my self-diagnosis...

I know my friend meant well but this frustrated me. I guess it's my first case of "but you don't look autistic." Like. I'm trusting you with this information and trust me, I have enough pride that I really would NOT want to identify with something that others would judge harshly. I'm reach...

In the US, if you're beyond high school, that's the only way one could get a free evaluation.
