Umm,yeah. Kinda hurts. Impossible to say why people say your hard work. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess these people misunderstand the reasons for your actions & words and are not prepared to give allowances for anything that you do that is 'natural for you' but not 'natural for them'. ...

I had a thought earlier - "I'm trapped in my own mind and body and I cannot get out",
and I've been feeling panic ever since.

Questions of the universe and existence are whirling around me.

Why am I now questioning our reality?

I cannot get a handle on life.

it's freaking me out.

My mother says I was a normal, well behaved child, and disagrees with my diagnosis. She says I didn't present these symptoms in childhood. So just what is going on? Has your mother not been involved in the assessment? Usually or desirably parents are getting involved (when possible) to report about c...

I have never peed in the shower, although a lot of people say they have. But I have a thing about peeing in a toilet - whenever I pee it has to be in a toilet, otherwise I get anxious doing it elsewhere, even in the sea. I remember when I was about 5, I was walking in the woods with my grandfather ...

I don't know what to tell you, but you may have to trust your gut. I know that feeling, and you're not alone. Well,I was diagnosed ADHD twice by two separate d...
