No, not as much travel. Much more computer time. Site visits every now and then.

No audacious van to drive around in either, but I'm willing to put it on the table.

I've got one team member I like. So maybe it's not impossible to find a couple more.

$200k US Commute is by light rail, heavy (commuter rail) or bus. Depends on where you are. Construction on light rail from downtown Seattle to the airport is under way. Condos 15-20 miles away in the suburbs are affordable, as are stand alone homes. There are alot of condo conversions going on (i.e. rentals get new carpet, paint, and plumbing fixtures and are suddenly condominium-grade), those are relatively inexpensive if you consider $200k reasonable.
